Subways and buses are used by millions of people every day, and by the law of large numbers, it’s inevitable that every now and then you’ll run into truly peculiar characters or situations. The Chef
Life today is incredibly fast-paced, and optimizing time is an absolute must, but we have to say this girl really took it too far. Instead of playing Angry Birds or dozing off like everyone else, she decided to use the subway to get a head start on dinner. Armed with a cutting board and knife, and amid the astonished stares of other passengers, she began slicing onions for the soffritto. Luckily, since she only had a few stops to go, she didn’t also bring along a portable stove and a pan.
